Founded in August 29, 2006, our company was called Wuhan Dongfeng Hongtai Holdings Group co.,Ltd, Since the biggest shareholder of the company changed into DongFeng Motor Corporation and in accordance with its regular action as well as the standard of the industry and commerce administration in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, our company was formally replaced by Dongfeng Hongtai Wuhan Holdings Group co.,Ltd, On January, 2012, the name was changed into Dongfeng Hongtai Holdings Group co.,Ltd. In addition, our company set up board of shareholders, board of directors and board of supervisors, among which the board of shareholders is the highest authority of the company and was convened by the board of directors in accordance with law and taken charge of the chairman of board.
